You will find the following about half way down the fifth paragraph
'In the year 1345, Ralph de Blanchminster held the isles of Scilly under the duchy of Cornwall, as of the honor of Launceston, by the annual render of 300 puffins at Michaelmas'
Maybe the Duchy of Cornwall is still entitled to this ?
