1 Which pop star was once described as being a mix of Joan Crawford and Marlene Dietrich ?
2 Which current flavour of the month once played a member of the Von Trapp Family on the BBC?
I have never taken part in a quiz where I can't find verifiable evidence for answers to ( 27 ) questions. I have a few *educated* guesses !!! Every year I try it hoping to do better and I know no-one is forcing me to do it, but where do they get so many obscure questions, that initially seem straightforward . For instance why is there no info for * the birthplace of the first woman to drive buses for a living* I have tried libraries, local studies, books of firsts, it is quite a significant first in social history so why no info .....please excuse the ramblings of a sad old quizzical quizzer....listen I can hear the padded van ... they are coming for me now... peace at last... peace at last !!!!!!!!!!!!!!"""""

Can I open another *can of worms * with another problem, question 31 in the General Knowledge. As far as I can tell they met in london on Wed 18th of June and also in the Bronx, New York on exactly the same day. Although this is not impossible, it seems improbable. One meeting was official and one by chance (allegedly) I suspect this why this quetion is in this devious quiz. Can someone have a look at it and see if they agree with the facts, as stated
As stated previously Voidoid if I can repay you for your help please ask I don't have any of the photos mentioned so fa,r but I have noticed that no-one has mentioned Gen know. no.8 is this an easy one and do you all have it.
