I hope you are not with Virgin, as I had a problem on Friday, and I was lied to by the first person who answered my call, actually she couldn't speak English properly and she told me that the government had ordered that it was shut down in my area and nobody had tv or internet access and I had to wait 24 hours before I was re-connected, which I knew wasn't true, as my elderly next door neighbour's tv was blaring through my wall, after fuming for a while I called back and spoke to someone else and I had both telly and internet back within a couple of minutes. :-))
