Tenancy agreement
0 Answers
Hello to all
I made an Assured Short hold Tenancy agreement in September that would end in June. However, in winter my accommodation was not pleasant at all I was freezing. Therefore in December I asked from the landlord to leave and look for another accommodation. He was really nice he agreed that I could leave even if he would find somebody else that wouldn’t replace me until June. Eventually he found someone to stay until April. However, now in February he is asking me to go back in April and stay there until June. But on the other hand since January I have been staying in the new residence and the agreement is ending in June. So I wonder if I need to move at the previous accommodation or not? Or pay the rent for April, May, and June? Because I am a full time master’s student and I can’t afford it. james19761234 (Mon 13:52 01/Feb/10)
