Hi birdie73, just found you with same questions same quiz. I have dumpling for q97. throw fish overboard. DUMP LING. ling being a fish. Still working on 47 throw out the alien. possible ET ending. q15 stop digging Mr. Jackson. at the moment I have stout, I googled the quiz words and found Daily Telegraph wine expert made comments on Australian beer/wine, they told him to stop digging Mr. Jackson ! I am still looking for answers to 5, 19, 29, 37, 40, 47, 61, 89, 95, possibly 15.Many thanks if you wish to swap, share or compare , going greyer by the minute with these.

ingle pingle if you look back you'll see some of the answers. I think birdie73 has nearly all the answers now. I keep coming back to junket for 47 . You throw out junk but junk doesn't mean to throw out or does it? I've enjoyed doing this quiz.

Hi birdie73 and quinie, many thanks for your help, ideas, comparisons etc. A few thoughts in numerical order !
16. I have two answers at the moment....Duck...or Highball !
22. Pork pie slang for lie ( a terminological inexactitude ) !
43. I have spaghetti for this one. Apparently Sophia Loren was asked to what did she attribute her beauty, looks etc to which she replied " I owe it all to spaghetti " I don't think the quiz compiler would have two questions with pasta as the same answer.
47. Thanks to quinie JUNKET ! throw out ET Brilliant. I did a similar quiz with the clue rapid alien and the answer was Brisket.
61. They evoked lengthy memories. not too sure about Thyme as wording is " They" rather than " It " , suggests a plural ie sprouts rather than sprout. Still working on that one.
94. Chicken Tikka.
97. Dumpling
99. Caviar
100. Pasta
