28b is TE Lawrence and the answer is 'seven', from his "Seven Pillars of Wisdom".

What did you get for Q1 (I'm not sure I really understand the question), Q26b and Q30?

Q1 is a shot from Bridget Jones 2, in which the characters go to Thailand; the speech bubble isn't in the film, it's just a reference to Q47 (in which Hugh Grant, the cad, is misleading Bridget again)

For Q30, the only thing I would say for sure is that human hair is firstly indigestible, and even if it was it's mostly protein so it wouldn't contain carbohydrates like pasta would. My only concern with the question is that it doesn't specify whether there's only one answer, because A and D are conceivably wrong as well. I've found no conclusive proof one way or another.

 

Lastly, does anyone know 28c? It's the last one I have to get! So close...
