Just had the answer to no.81 explained to me so I thought I'd share it!
The answer is Chichester, from Sir Francis Chichester, who is famous for circumnavigating the globe in his yacht 'Gypsy Moth IV'. Whilst Gypsy Moth II and Gypsy Moth III were yachts, Gypsy Moth I was in fact an aeroplane (a de Havilland Gypsy Moth) flown by Sir Francis in his career as an aviator. (In 1929 Francis Chichester made the second solo flight to Australia; in 1931, the first solo flight across the Tasman Sea from East to West in his Gypsy Moth aeroplane fitted with floats).
Hence 'Chichester' fits the clue of 'no sails for a gypsy'!
