Thank you bibblebub could you explain 13d as I can't see why survive
make it = SURVIVE

(1st) one little lady = Sue (little because it's short for Susan)
(2nd) one little lady = Viv (short for Viven)
Romeo = R (phonetic alphabet

so put Sue out side of {Viv going after R} = SU r viv E
Sue...out...Viv in..2 ladies +r for Romeo
