Mine would have to be from Return of the Jedi, when Luke Skywalker tells Han Solo (the lovely Harrison Ford) that they have to break into the Imperial station that controls the Death Star force field "quietly", and Harrison winks at him and says "Hey...It's me"

oh it would have to be "nobody puts baby in the corner" said by the lovely patrick swayze in dirty dancing it gives me goosebumps everytime i hear it.

I'm also rather fond of the eulogy delivered by Jack Nicholson as Col. Nathan R Jessup in A Few Good Men which starts with:

Plenty of contenders for the best, but undoubtedly the worst line ever is delivered by Ingrid Bergman in the otherwise superb Casablanca when Paris falls to the Germans and she says "Is that the guns? Or is it my heart pounding?" 

Truly, wonderfully ghastly.

i like loads but the one that makes me laugh is in the rock. When they get caught and are in the cells. Goodspeed says "I liked the way you rolled through the fire... that was kinda cool...but how in zeus butthole did you get out of your cell!!! coz it may be helpful to us now...MAYBE!!!!!!

 

Then as he rants the door swings open!!!

For me the Dirty Dancing quote is way up there as an all time corniest/most cringeworthy line (along with "That's my brother, goddammit!" from Backdraft!!).

I love the line from Marcellus Wallace in Pulp Fiction along the lines of "...me and some homies gonna come back and get medieval on your ass!"

Also, from Blazing Saddles (which has many great lines) I love....

"why don't we kill all their first born male children?"   "Mhmmmm, too Jewish!"
