Reduced fat/sugar/salt Healthy living/good choice etc...

I find that whenever a company takes fat/sugar/salt out of a product to make it healthier it usually ends up tasting inferior then the original product does everyone agree or is there a food/drink's taste which was actually improved?

But look at it this way...if you had always used the lower-salt/sugar/fat version...then the 'original' would taste overpowering to you.
Setting up new production lines,for what will most likely be a far lower number to be produced, will of course add to the final price.Just as organic will cost more due not only to the cost of the initial preparation of the soil (it can take several years to get soil up to the proper standard)..but also because there is not as yet as much call for organic foods.

Don't bother with 'diet' food. If they reduce the fat they add more sugar; if they reduce the sugar they add sweetener.
No food is 'bad'; it's the amounts that can be bad.
Just eat what you want but in moderate amounts. If you want to lose weight then eat as much as you want of veg, salad, fruit, etc. If you fancy biscuits, cake, pie or so on; have some but only half as much as you would normally eat.
