Don't give up - you will be so pleased when your avatar appears (and it is easy to do)

Go on My Profile, Edit Profile and see whether the box is ticked that says whether Avatar is active.
If yes, then just clear your cache/press control F5 and wait.
if no, then you haven't activated it. Have you used the same email address on Gravatar as you have on AB?

If you do a search on here there were lots with the same problem as you, can't remember it technically but you had to tick the box as if it was were there even if you can't see it,

Hi! I've picked my avitar and gone back to ABack which says my avitar is not active and to click check box to activate it. I don't know where the check box is. I can't find where I am supposed to click. Possibly can't see the wood for the trees.

Ont, go back to the edit details page on your profile, and where it says "your avatar is active" put your cursor below YO in Your, on the level of the next line. If you can't see the box, that is where it is. Click there, then go right to the bottom of the page and click Submit (that is an important step!) Then come back and trying again - you may need to wait a few minutes, and/or do control + f5, but ti does work!

You seem to keep jumping around, Ont-ice. You were up to the bit where you were trying to click on part of your AB Profile page to activate your avatar.
Have you now tried that?

Yes, Factor 30 I have used the same info for Gravatar as for Abank.
Boxtop I don't see where it says 'Your avitar is active.' Is that on Gravitar or on ABank. If Abank it is telling me in the 'edit' portion that my avitar is not active.

Ont - the bit I am referring to is on the AB profile page. There is a statement about Avatar being active, you click under the YO of Your (if you can't see the box), then go click Submit at the bottom, then come back here.
