Nearly finished this without too many problems, though 10A is a bit ambiguous. Can't decide between 2 possibles for 18D as I don't get the wordplay:

Miniature circles right inside Scottish isles attracting hoards of visitors (8) T_U_I_T_

I'm assuming it's Tourists or Touristy, which fits the likely definition better.

PS Don't you love the irony of posting a blank question, just called 'Genius'?!
