Hi dot, craft, barmaid etc. I need a little more help. I found that my grandmother Christina Quirk and her family George,Denis,William,Vincent (aged just 6 weeks),Stephen,Agnes and John (whew!!) came back to Scotland on that ship.I have the a page from the passengers book's listing of 9 people. The only thing I cannot get is their separate tickets. I want to try and find out if they state where they where coming from, OR where Vincent exactly was born. (in Canada). Any ideas? Thanks

George was born Kilwinning Scotland 1916. william born 1920; Joseph (John ) was on the same ship born Dublin and on his ticket it gives Red Deer Alberta as his destination and also names his grandmother as Jane (can't make out her surname) of St George St Dublin

I've found a couple of their tickets, if stephen was 2 in august 1924 he was born Kilcommrig and travelled with his parents and siblings arriving Quebec from Glasgow august 1924 on the Marburn. is that the same family? Found Christina's ticket for that journey, she was born Dublin, and (jane) agnes aged 12 in 1824 born dublin
I am quite sure Vincent was registered in Canada as I heard he was not happy later on as being the only Quirk not being born in Kilwinning. He was 6 weeks old when they came over to Glasgow. IF he was born in Kilwinning we cannot find anything out at this moment. Christina and family stayed in Kilwinning for the rest of their lives. Any ideas dot?
this is a tough one but I think posting an enquiry here:

might be a start to put you in touch with people who might know the area that Vincent;s siblings were apparently born in
