Yeah so nobody can add any further answers and so people know your question has been answered, for example, in some forums it is able to lock questions. x
I don't think you can on here. You could ask the same question under the Editor's Blog topic, the eds do look at our comments and say they will take note for the next upgrade.
Most posters on AB stray off topic and the thread then get's hijacked. Would be shame to lock a promising debate even though the person asking the question is satisfied.

You could just post a reply to your own question just saying "thanks, no more answers please".

I recall there was once a facility to close your own question but it was abused.
The answer is still no...........there used to be a facility to close your questions but the Ed deemed it was being abused so he withdrew it.
