I did think of Inca and Bren.However the N in INDN is the first letter of NETTLING and
the T is the 3rd letter of same.Perhaps NETTLING is wrong.
The clue is Non-paying (penniless) becoming exasperating.(8) if INCA is correct then
it begins with A and if BREN is correct then it should read A?N?L?N?
