As I previously stated, Not Scottish, but IRISH.

Written around 100 years ago.

I know it's |Irish - me thinks it is a trick question and I'm duped (or stupid - whatever)
Maybe a Celtic tune ?.Ive looked it up as well and it doesnt appear to have a dedicated composer.Maybe irismay is getting confused as we also have Orange Orders and Marches in Scotland.
