Wrong name.... should I have said?

What do you do when someone has been calling you by your wrong name for weeks, but because you never said anything the first couple of times, and you'd now feel a prat if you put them right?

One of our health visitors seems convinced my name is Trinny. I never corrected her at the beginning, now she calls me it all the time. If I say something now, she and I are going to feel stupid.
