why do they never answer the telephone? They must think people don't need any travel info after 5pm, it's ridiculous,

Haven't they got a website? Some offices do close at 5pm, ours does.

i never anticipate replies to my venting threads, lol i've been on their website and it says there is a helpline open til 8pm, it doesnlt say that it is manned though .
