Thyroid?

Good afternoon all.
Over the last couple of weeks, I have been feeling tired, achy and lethargic (almost like coming down with a virus but no other symptoms) and seem to be lacking in energy. I am on levothyroxine for hypothyroidism and it normally works ok but my question is, could it need an adjustment of dosage? I don't want to bother my GP if it's just a weird kind of 'bug'. I last had my thyroid hormone levels checked about 9 months ago and was told they were ok. I am a bit of a hypochondriac anyway so I am thinking 'what could this be' and worrying about it!
Thanks

9 months is quite long , i assumed thyroxine levels were checked every 6 months, but that may be for hyperthyroidism.
Symptoms only for 2weeks...........unlikely to be anything to do with your thyroid.

9 months ago levels were normal.............in an controlled case, thyroid levels need only be checked annually at most.

Thanks Anne and Sqad-I'll give it a bit longer and see what pans out. I usually have loads of energy and enthusiasm but at the moment I just feel rubbish :( May be that a visit to my GP is indicated-worrying about it isn't helping I guess!! I don't think I am depressed or anything because I am sleeping ok and eating ok-I have had depression in the past and this doesn't feel the same. I promise not to go on the internet any more-I just scare myself silly LOL
Sounds a bit like a touch of the Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) - more sunshine needed! or a light box
