blushing and flushing
2 Answers
ive been suffering from flushes and blushing for a long while now. I'm 20 years old and ever since i can remember when i was in a situation of stress, embarassment or being the centre of attention my face would flush. REcently though, the flushes are becoming more frequent and more severe. Walking into shops, gettin in a car, bending, lifting, exercising all cause my face to flush bright 'tomato' red and they burn as well. When i'm involved in discussion with someone as my excitement increases my face burns redder and redder, its highly embarassing. The only way I can stop the flushing is to remove myself from whatver environment i was in and eneter a cooler one, or try and stay it out-which is even more embarassing. People often assume that I'm shy or indeed embarassed about something when in fact its just my face flushing uncontrollably. As soon as I enter a warm environment i fell myself flushing. Also I have noticed my eyes become affected by the flushing and they feel very watery and have a strange fizzy, uncomfortable senstion. This can happen without the flushing as well at times-the eye problem seems to lessen as the day goes on. Sorry, about all this writing, i aslo suffer from acne and my skin has a bumpy texture. Occassionally i have inflamed spots on my chin, sometimes my cheeks and around my jawline. I apologise for all this just that its causing me real distress and I was wondering what anyone thought it could
