I think the letters are wrong. The only 7 letter word containing 1 vowel from that lot is 'shtetls' and I can't see that being part of the solution.

I have been looking too - tried a few anagram solvers on-line and found zilch.

The annoying thing is that drchris will probably not return and we will never discover the answer.
