Family fortunes question?

Hello peeps! Seen Family Fortune's earlier and before the duration of the second bout of adverts, there was a competition question on a survey of 100 people to win £5,000
Now, I may have a stab at this competition.After all, if you're not in it you cannot win it.
Anyway, the question was....
Name something that a cyclist wears?
The options were:-
A) Cycle clips
B) Helmet
and I know that C is out of the question, as that answer was
C) Lipstick

But, as for the other two,which do you think that most people would go for.
I mean you'd think that cyclists would wear clips and helmets.
I'm guessing that Cycle clips would be the more obvious answer!!

Depends on the type of cyclist. Professionals ride with exposed lower legs so have no need of clips. Most ride with helmets.

I agree with helmet but you're right in as much as it is not one of the obvious ones, it's rare for two answers to fit!

Helmet, definitely, for safety - only people with flappy trousers need to wear cycle clips (and I haven't seen then for years!)

A lot of things have disappeared from cycles over the years. Can't remember the last time I saw anybody wearing clips, or capes, or bells fitted and round here, lights. Certainly see lots of helmets though.

Ankle clips are what are used around the ankle to keep your trousers etc.. from catching the chain. Cycle clips are for what attachments you need to add to the bike, lights etc...

..or a lipstick holder.

What you call ankle clips are what I've always called cycle clips, they're the ones shown in the clip (no pun intended) I sent to tiggerblue. Never heard them called that before!
