Ideas for 77 but not an answer

Principal = Main Maine is a US state in New England
Chief seafood dish in Maine is Lobster

But Lobster Maine does not sound right (Maine Lobster would be if it was 5 and 7)

Not an answer but maybe food for thought !!

Thanks tpw536w - but why brewers quay? I thought of Dorset Quays (keys) or even Wessex -----,but didn't feel very confident!

Brewers is 7 letters anyway. Dorset Keys sounds right to me.
