Thanks meadoway - you can still post your thanks on your original thread, by the way! Going over the top has a double meaning - in the trenches in the War, and over-spending or splashing out - does that help?

Hi- you might find it better to combine questions - you don't need a new thread for each question. Also, you don't need to create a new thread just to say thanks- you can just say thanks by replying to your own question. Hope this helps
