Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

This is Queen Christiana, the Cheerful One, hoping you all had a good Christmas and wishing you happiness and health in the year ahead.

Speaking personally, I had a fun time with two of my sons, being thrown into mud, bombed and soundly beaten! No, I’m not a masochist, just playing (and losing) some horrendous computer game called ‘Buzz’. These crown princes have no respect for us older royals!

Playing ‘Buzz’ provoked much laughter, though, and gave me food for thought. Never mind all those dreary resolutions, which we fail to keep longer than a few days -- let’s go for the feel-good factor and vow to laugh, really laugh, once each day, whatever our difficulties. Laughter may not solve all our problems, but it’s good for our general well-being and (best of all in these troubled times) it’s free!

As far as playing the MM Links game is concerned, I shall follow the rules relating the word length as introduced by crofter. Each of my chosen link words contains at least four letters and at most eight. Stray outside this range and you will be wasting one or more of your attempts! Each of my selected words may go in front of or after my challenge word. The competition will officially close at 7.00pm on Sunday evening when my selected words will be declared, and points awarded by crofter in the usual manner. My first set of words to be linked should appear below at 9.00am.
