Does anyone have a contact telephone number for Ticketmaster???
I am desperate to speak to someone there and the number on their website goes through options and then decides to automatically inform you that the number is not in use and you should email!!!
I have tried four times today to email them and it keeps saying there is an error in submission!
I am losing the will to live with Ticketmaster!! Please someone help me and save my sanity.

don't use any of the options just try holding on...sometimes that gets you through to a human....

Thanks, tried all options and no options and it says the phone number is not in use and you should email via their website!
I then tried FOUR times to email, and it kept saying 'error in submission'!
Absolute bloody nightmare, they have messed up twice now - last time they gave me four tickets for seats that already had people sat in them with the same tickets numbers so we were moved and this time we booked for Manchester MEN for Usher and they have given me Liverpool Echo Arena! So am now not sure if when we get there, again they could have double booked!
I won't ever buy from Ticketmaster again - too many mistakes and no customer contact is crap!

perhaps you could contact the venue and see if they are able to contact them?
