Jane Mark 2 - ignore the answer from sir.prize. This is England won the Korda award in 2007. The correct answer is The last King of Scotland.

My apologies to sir.prize. I am always wary of answers on wikipedia and had found another web site that said the winner was the last king of scotland.
I also found a reference to a channel 4 programme. Further detailed research shows that you are right so one again my apologies for doubting you
