Can anyone explain the commandment remember to keep the Sabath holy in a modern day context?

I am a cathoilic (christian) and I uncertain what this means in a modern day context?
Is the seventh day Sunday or the Jewish Sabbath?
How do you honour this commandment?

Go to Mass. Take a little time to examine your conscience. That should serve as honouring The Sabbath.

Oh, the sheer tedium of the traditional Sabbath. No fun, no games, no end.

Seadog, I loved Sundays in the 1960s as a child. I hate that these days children spend their Sundays in front of the tv/dvd/pc or being dragged round the shops.

Monday to Friday was dull routine school days, Saturdays were busy, going on the bus to visit Gran for tea, after a fish and chip dinner and Sundays were fun all the way.
To the allotment or for a walk with dad in the morning, home to Sunday dinner, then games with the family, indoor or out, depending on the weather. A lovely tea, then bathtime, and a bit of tv before bed.

Saturday is the Jewish Sabbath, Sunday the Christian one.

What I meant was it replaced the Sabbath as the day of rest.

The commandment is to labour only six days and rest on the seventh. i don't suppose it matters which day that is.
