Can't get this at all, can anyone help. The country looks like Australia, but not 100% sure, so would appreciate some help, please ...

4 pictures . a field with a picture of a batsman on a plinth, with a church steeple in the back ground, a huge vineyard under a blue sky with scudding clouds, a line of cyclists on a road, and a market stuff with wonderful vegetables for sale.

The clue is: " Though named after a German-born Queen of England, this city was founded on progressive politics and religious freedom for hard working immigrants. Their descendants enjoy hot summers, sandy beaches and international cricket. The output of three great wine regions helps everything go with a swing. Name the city.

I thought it was Victoria (but Queen Victoria was born in London), and can't get much further than that.

Many thanks, Chox
