How pleasant it is to be back in one's own home after the recent flurry of social activity.
I do hope all went well in our absence ?

The recycling bin did seem a tad full this week, but I expect all that glass came from the Home next door. They are rather an unruly lot there.

I believe that there is a Rollover Raffle tonight, so buy your tickets often and early.

Unfortunately tonight's speaker , the well known clairvoyant Miss T Ickmeg, has had to cancel due to a mouldy ball. If any members have 'the gift' , could they please make their way to the upper lesser hall where we will be happy to receive them.

Hallo ladyA, I am only dropping in as I am planning an early night, but petal sends apologies altogether, she is otherwise engaged. She has sent some green stuff for the truffle but I can't remember what it is.

Yes still up and down the hills M,Lady, was isnterested in the mating habits of the haggis as it was the season last week I believe. I do love nature in the raw you know

There cannot be many weeks of the season left now.

as you well know(being of the scots persuasion) haggis can only run one way round the hills. The dog likes to pick them up and turn them round then watch them roll down the hill Daft Bu..er

I trust I'm not gate-crashing but might I be allowed offer a small contribution to the raffle?
I'm new to the neighbourhood and would have dropped in before but could't find the
entrance.
Anyway - I can offer a large bag of odd socks (accumulated over 35 years) which may be of use to one-legged persons and packet of pancake mix which may come in handy on Tuesday (hopefully this will not offend Your Ladyships cook!)
