Having a problem with this couple of clues and would appreciate your help..

Definitely foster...doctor foster went to gloucester. To foster someone is kinda like nursing>>>

Wow!! I'm amazed!!

I thought the flower was an anagram but just couldn't get it, and I just never thought about Dr Foster!!
