How do OG.

I once accidentally tasted cat food and it was gross. :o(
Btw, fascinating link there....some very interesting questions. Something that puzzles me.....why do some peeps say, "a pinch and a punch for the first of the month"?
In the States, all cat and dog good has to be fit for human consumption. I saw someone demonstrating that on TV there. It was revolting.
237SJ, I think the same applies here.
At cake makers where I worked after finishing the pit one of the QC girls had worked for Pedigree pet foods and she told us they had weekly taste panels for all the lines Pedigree produced at that site, I was never sure if she was telling the truth or not.
Don't think I could do that if they paid me, which of course they do!
The thought of it makes me feel sick.
I had a habit of eating cat food when I was a kid. I just wanted to see what dinner was like for him.
*Do Humans Test Taste Dog Food?*

No as the meat they use is not fit for human consumption and can make you ill or kill you or so is my understanding.
Well yes they do, as already said. However when a kid many years ago back in the 60's, my sister made me a meat sandwich. What she didn't tell me until after I ate it was that it was Lassie or Chappie or some other dog food at the time.
what was it like?
Bland chopped ham and pork. With the consistency of it I thought it was some kind of meat paste.
