This could possibly have been the result of teenage stupidity. They likely didn't think of the consequences of what they were doing. If they're convicted over this will the courts give them time to mull over what they've done?

They need convicting, that will be ample time to think about their stupidity that has caused a young family fireman to lose his life, its sad that kids these days dont think at all!!

It looks as though it might have been a bit of horseplay that got out of hand. In a way that must make the loss for his family, colleagues, and friends all the harder to bear.

It's always a tragedy when a fire fighter loses his or her life but in a fire started deliberately.... if it was....well it's beyond understanding.....so awful for his family. x

Bit of a confused picture up here in Manc

It is opposite the Pawn shop and bus stop for the route up Oldham Rd.
There is even a video around of 'them' breaking the place up during the riots of last year or so (taken from the Merchant Hotel)

One tele report had : ' for some reason someone declared a BA emergency after which...' BA is presumably breathing apparatus....

what the function of arrested but bailed girls (who have not been charged with anything) was -
Do people really stick around and boast - 'we started that ! ' ?


whoever is responsible - concluding it wasnt spontaneous combustion on a hot day - would be guilty of arson and arsonists go away for a long long time.
( really long - judges dont like it )
