Dingbats

I've got 4 dingbats that I' really struggling with for a charity quiz (i will try to describe them as best as I can but im not promising anything lol):

1. just the word HOWLAND;

2. the word FLUUE (just as written)

3. the word CRUST in grey underlined with the word CRUST underneath in black - im guessing something like upper crust or lower crust but dont know if either of those are common catchphrases or im just making them up lol

Any ideas would be greatly received and appreciated!
