More dingbats

I have 3 more dingbats that I will have to explain rather than try to type!

 

The first is the word GARDEN above the word REALM but they are seperated by a line of Ds i.e.

GARDEN

DDDDDDDDDDD

REALM

 

The second is the word CHANCE but each letter of the word is in a circle.  There may or may not be a vertical line in front of CHANCE (can't tell if it is meant to be there or just a bad photocopy!!)

 

And the third is the word SANDWICH above the word WORLD.

 

All ideas gratefully accepted!

PS - to settle a debate, which do you think is the better answer to the following dingbat.  

CUT   CUT   CUT  (but the middle CUT should be raised above the other 2) 

Either 'cut above the rest' or 'uppercut'?  What do you think?

The second one is CHANCE IN A MILLION - the vertical line must be a "1".

P.S. "Cut above the rest" is more likely to be the right one.

Chance in a million: excellent Aquariel! But I disagree with the cuts: I'd go for uppercut!
