No Internet Through Earthnet Cable
I have a Virgin media router that is set about 15 feet away from my computer and its connected by a new earthnet cable. The router also serves my Smart TV which is working fine from the router, the trouble is the computer is not getting a signal via the cable from the router though both end lights on the router cable are flashing but the computer is saying no internet access. It was working several weeks ago but i had to switch my comp off for a lengthy time as i was unable to sit at the desk and so i have been using my laptop for some weeks now. When i came to switch it on again last week it worked ok for a while then it started playing up and now says no internet access. Could the earthnet component require renewing and roughly how much would it cost ?
