Can anyone interpret this quiz question please ?
" Which was the last Uk naval vessel sunk by the German navy in World War2" ?
I have answers for both the Royal Navy and the Merchant Navy ships but I'm unsure as to which answer applies to the question. Any help much appreciated.

If it says naval then that should refer to a Royal Naval vessel as long as the quiz setter understands the distinction.

Thank you saintstim. I was thinking it probably was the Royal Navy but as you could also have Merchant naval vessels was really stuck. I hate ambiguous questions.
