We have all just received a text from the government to stay indoors.

How did they get all our numbers???

I got mine at 07:15, err indoors 16:15! it takes a while to sand a gazillion texts! probably they set them low priority so they use slack capacity throughout the day.

Did they? Alas, we have no mobile signal when in the house (and we have to stay in house and garden) so our very basic mobiles remain switched off unless we are out and about. They forgot that problem - oops!

they ain't got me - Donald has to send me one as I use an American server - why - because I can't be faffed to change my e-mail and all those address notifications that would be required - and it's a free service or they haven't caught up with me.

Bit too late for me probably. Just after reading the communique from HMG I read an e-mail from my best pal since 1955 informing me that a member of our shooting club has confirmed diagnosis of Corvid-19. I was standing shoulder to shoulder and talking to him all day last Thursday at the ranges. He is now in quarantine.
My good wife and private nurse tells me it takes about 14 days to incubate so am on day 5 since I had close contact.We weren't on lockdown on the 19th. The ranges at Bisley have now officially closed.I had'nt gone out the house since then and am so glad I advised young son not to come round on Mothering Sunday as a precaution. Oh well. Where did I last see our thermometer.So far so good. No fever,coughs or heavy breathing yet.
Looks like we are now on double lockdown . :-)
