3. Which European country will lose its independence if there is no heir to the throne?
4. The place in question is any dartboard. You have one dart and you must score with it. Which is the smallest number it is impossible to score?
The above is quite a mix but here's hoping someone is more on the ball than me!

This old chestnut was correct until a few years ago. The answer was Monaco ( Monte Carlo ) but I believe the law / agreement with France was changed because Albert hadn't produced a son. If the situation doesn't change, i believe Stephanie now inherits. Please check / confirm this for yourself.
