anyone doing this monthly mag? if so, stuck on the giant prize quiz (question number 50)
what is the name of the fruit shown in the picture? looks like a dead bug to me !! (lol), mr allotment reckons it's a gooseberry, anyone any ideas.
any help greatly appreciated.

oh dear oh dear I thought it looked like a bad pineapple ora bad kohl rabi. I don't really know, I've turned it upside down, I shall show it around and see if any of my friends have an idea. Have just started this, so I'm just scanning through - no double I shall be on looking for help.

hi clare, hail's chucking it down here, gone really dark! more like december than march!cold as well.
have googled loads of pictures of fruits but can't find anything like it!!
