Times /Waterstones Christmas Books Quiz

I am trying to complete said quiz, but i'm stuck on two of the pictures that make up the composite bookjacket.
I have got so far: paw,boat,rocks and trees.
Any leads on the other two, would be most appreciated,
even a category to search!

stuck on same two pictures as you, but have about 80% of the other questions done - do you have 6,7,8 or 13? i can give you any you are missing if I have them.

I think I've got them all except the sun.

If anyone knows the sun (behind the birds) on the book, I'll swap with any of the other 49!!

This has taken me 10 days of hard work, Googling, looking through hundreds of pages on Amazon. I think I've got them all right... but I thought that last year. There again, I'm a bit more sure this year!
