a man takes a blind man swimming and stands ringing a bell on shore so the blind man can find his way back
there is a buoy floating in the sea with a bell the blind man thinks its his friend on shore swims furhter out to see to the bouy
The man opn shore see what is happening and ring his bell furiously and the blind man confused an shattered dies

Could be a cyclist trying to evade a man walking across a road without success .Then a bell ringing at the service for the gentlemans funeral .
