This answer just has a colour in it

Which TV programme featured Insp. Raymond Fuller?

There are also a few others involving places in the UK with colours in but I'll persevere a bit longer with those.

The TV programme had a misprint, last name should have been Fowler, therefore the answer is 'The Thin Blue Line' I have managed most of this puzzle but am stuck on a few place names and not sure whether I have found all the colours in the story.
