Please help me find these shoes!!!

Im looking for a pair of shoes but I dont know if they have a name or where they are sold! I think Roxy from Eastenders might have a pair. They are boots which go up above the ankle but they arent leather they are more soft in material like uggs almost. And they have different colorful designs on them like flowers and swirls and things. They kind of look like welly boots but I dont think they are. Please please please help me somebody!!!!
