How to get 24 with only using numbers 8,8,3,3?

how can you get number 24 only by using numers 8,8,3,3 once?
you can use only ( ) - +, fractions

If you are allowed to divide you can get: 8 / (3 - (8 / 3)) =24

The simplest answer is 8 / (3 - (8 / 3)) = 24

If you use factorials, you could do
38 - 8 - 3! = 24

And if decimals are allowed, then
(8 / .3) - (8 / 3) = 24
