I'm currently trying to change careers. I was in cust. serv and have about 5 yrs experience, I now want to do recruitment but with no experience I keep losing out to others. I get the interviews no problem but I must be doing something wrong as I keep getting turned down. Any advice for recruitment interviews? Its getting quite depressing now.
