There is a fuzzy blob at about 4 oclock in the picture:

Anyone know if it's part of Andromeda or something in the foreground like the stars? I wondered if it was the Andromeda version of the LMC,thanks

The fuzzy blob is another galaxy that is much further away and hence appears smaller.

Based on ^ these ^ sources M110 is about
150 thousand light years (~6%)
further away from us than M31.

If you can wait around a little while (about 4-5billion years) you should be able to get a nice close up view of Andromeda, as it's on it's way to visit us.
