anyone enlighten me on the use of mgnets within circuits .I know the electric toothbrush employs these in the charging process. It's just that Ihave a few ideas

Think you'll find the charging in toothbrushes is done by induction loops, not magnets.
yes the magnets are just there to stick the toothbrush to the charger
a) If you move a conductor across a magnetic field then a current is induced in the conductor (dynamo)
b) If you pass an electric current through a conductor that is in a magnetic field, then a force will be exerted on that conductor causing it to move. (motor)
