You can get this lighter still but you would probably need to do a bleach bath; (get hairdresser to do this) or if you don't mind the orange, highlight it again but only use a 6% or 20 vol peroxide with powder bleach (don't buy the shop one again) and do not leave on for longer than 20 mins or so. Just check it throughout the development process. You won't need anything stronger as you hair has almost "got there" but needs a little longer. If you get a stronger peroxide you are likely to overbleach and then it will break off or just be very, very brittle.
