why does titanium dioxide and zinc oxide in sunscreen damage/scar car bodywork

My children have put sun lotion fingerprints on many panels of my car, and i'm unable to remove or polish the stains away!

I don’t know – but I would be surprised if you could not T-Cut the blemishes out.

I have removed what appeared very deep scratches from paint-work, successfully using T-Cut – but always test on a small (inconspicuous) area first.
I see, blame it all on free radicals!!
What are free radicals!! are they anything like Punk Rockers!!
Free radicals? Free radicals? I've always had to pay for mine!
